Rental Reservations
Plan on making reservations as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will have all items in stock. The sooner you make a reservation the more likely we are to have it. Reservations need to be made by phone. We require a name, phone number, and address of the event site.
A deposit will not be needed on most rentals at the time of reservation.

Quotes/ Pricing
Quotes are given over the phone or through email.
Pricing can be based on daily rental or weekly rental. A daily rental is 24 hours and a weekly rental is a full 7 days. If a longer rental is required please call.
A weekly rental price is the same as a 4 day rental. So basically you pay for 4 days and get 3 free.

Payment types
Credit card number is required when rental items are delivered.
Full payment is required when rental items are picked up.
Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.
All returned checks will be charged a minimum of $50.00.

Delivery/ Delivery Charges
Free delivery is included on most large rentals such as tents, tables, and/or chairs.
Delivery charge may apply based on small rentals, distance, location, special timing, etc.
Rental Items will be delivered the day of the event. We will contact you a week or two before your event to confirm the delivery time.
Someone must be present at the delivery site when we arrive unless other arrangements have been made with us.
Imagine That Party Supplies personnel will set up tents and rental equipment.
If you have a special delivery that requires more labor or over time additional fees may apply. Please give adequate notice if equipment will be on concrete, gravel, black top, etc.
Fees may apply if the equipment is not in the same condition or place it was dropped off. Please have all equipment put back in the same manor it was dropped off.
Renters are responsible for any damages and will be charged for all lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Please do not attempt to take down tents.
Imagine That Party Supplies is fully insured with general liability and auto insurance.

All inflatables are rented in 6 hour increments.
All inflatables will be set up and tore down by Imagine That Party Supplies personnel.
All inflatables are state inspected and fully insured.
All renters must be sure they have enough space for set up. Five feet of additional space is needed for stakes or sand bags.
Inflatables may not be set up if there are high winds, rain, storm conditions, or any type of weather we deem unsafe. This is for your safety and the safety of others. This is a law in the State of Ohio and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We will say only twice in 2 years have we had to cancel due to weather conditions.
Wind must be below 20 mph on the 5 in 1 Jurassic Park combo.
Wind must be below 15 mph on the slide, obstacle course, and Wall-E inflatable.
In the case of high winds, wind blocks do not matter. Unless you are in an enclosed building We cannot set up the inflatable. Again, this is a law by the State of Ohio.
Operator must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Operator is responsible for riders and inflatable.
Imagine That Party Supplies will do a pre-inspection of inflatable and go over operator rules and regulations. This must be understood and followed.
The person who purchases the rental is the operator, but he or she does have the right to assign that position to someone else.
All previous rental rules and regulations apply to the inflatables as well.
